This hotel was a gem! Super close to the station and surrounded by shops and tasty spots to eat. the breakfast? Absolutely delicious and really varied; I'd even say it's among the best I've had in my travels! the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. Plus, my room was nice and quiet—just what I needed after a long day of exploring!

If I had to point out a couple of things, the pillows were a bit too thick for my liking, and I did notice some noise from outside, which might be a problem for light sleepers. though, these small issues didn’t take away from a lovely stay!

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and loved it. Everything was great, convenient location not far from train station and shops, quite comfortable experience.

The setting was magnificent and fantastic, short walk to Sendai station, shops and restaurants and local market. Aoba Ward district was worth visiting. The room was compact and it had a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet, that's cool😃😃

Although the bed was uncomfortable and the water too hot, the facilities for tech travelers were a pleasant surprise. a good stay with minor drawbacks.

staying at koko hotel station west was a delightful experience. the location is perfect, just steps away from the station. the staff was friendly and bilingual. rooms were modern, clean, and spacious, with a smart tv and a separate vanity area. i particularly enjoyed the extensive breakfast selection of delicious japanese dishes. Cons: it was all superb! 🔥.

I enjoyed my 5-night stay at Koko Hotel Sendai Station West. the bedroom was cozy and well-designed. the location was fantastic, conveniently close to all the attractions you would want to explore while in Japan. the Riverside Venue was just a short 15-minute drive away, making it easy to access.

We stayed here for 4 nights and truly enjoyed our choice. the hotel has an absolutely perfect location right near a train station. the twin room was clean, had an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. the staff were affable and amicable all the time.

The refrigerator, climate control, and kettle in the double room were very handy. I was pleased to have a bath in the room. the location was particularly good and excellent, being so close to the local market, restaurants, and train station. It was also close to everything you would want on a holiday in Japan.

The room comes with modern amenities like an electronic key card, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a study table, which I found convenient; and having a bidet in the private bathroom was a nice addition.

The rooftop pool was even more stunning than the photos—they didn’t do it justice. I’d DEFINITELY choose this place again!

The staff spoke English, no need for charades! Located near the airport, perfect for a speedy getaway. Sendai International Centre was close, in case I felt the sudden urge for a convention.

The bed was so comfy, it made me forget I had places to be.
